What are the benefits to training with us?
We give you hands on training through mock closings so that you can get comfortable with the documents you'll be seeing.ā
You'll get your own set of documents to take home and study later.
You'll receive a packet listing dozens of companies to sign up with to start getting loan signing opportunities.
We are proud to offer mentoring services from experienced loan signing agents even after training. If you ever feel stuck in the middle of a closing and need an experts opinion on something, we're just a call or text away!
What if Iām not local?
We're excited to be able to offer you training over zoom! You'll get the same training and information that you would get in person.
Do I need to be a notary before training?
No! If you are practicing in Texas we will be able to guide you in how to obtain your commission but notaries practicing in other states will need to look up their local state laws on how to obtain their commission.
Is the cost of my notary commission included in the price of training?
No. Your notary commission is a separate cost that you will pay directly to the state. We will walk you through exactly what you need to purchase during class if you have not already purchased it.
